How to Make a Referral
Wild Minds accepts referrals for young people who require specialist, part-time Alternative Provision or post-16 support. All referrals are subject to a suitability and capacity assessment.

Once we have your documents, book a visit so we can show you our provision and meet the team.

Send the EHCP
Email a copy of the young person's most recent Education, Health and Care Plan directly to our office team.

Risk Assessment
Download the Wild Minds Risk Assessment (WMRA) template, complete it, and return it to us alongside the EHCP.
Step 04
Book a Farm Visit
Once we've received your documents, book a visit to the farm to meet our team and see our provision in person.
