Careers
Work where relationshipsare the job, not the extra
We hire for warmth, consistency and curiosity, then train the method. If you have worked in education, care, youth work or a trade and found yourself drawn to the young people everyone else had given up on, we would like to hear from you.

Site and Operations
VariousLand, animal, facilities and administration roles that keep the provision running.

What we offer
Support that matches what we ask of you
A method, not guesswork
You are trained in The WILD Framework and supervised against it, so you are never left inventing practice alone.
Academy progression
A funded route from Foundation to Lead Practitioner, with assessor, supervisor and trainer designations beyond.
Small numbers
High staffing ratios and small groups, because relational practice cannot be done at scale.
Real reflective supervision
Regular, protected supervision that focuses on practice and wellbeing rather than paperwork.
How we practise
Safety
Nothing begins until a young person is regulated and feels physically and emotionally safe in the environment and with the adults in it.
Connection
Trusted, consistent relationships come next. Behaviour is communication; connection is what makes it legible and workable.
Change
Learning, accreditation and preparation for adulthood follow once safety and connection hold. Progress is the outcome, not the entry requirement.
